- Demonstrated commitment to women's issues through activities on behalf of and for the advancement of women's equality
- Registered full time but need not be carrying a full course load
Bettina Fournier Award

- Offered annually to a continuing undergraduate student in any faculty
- Best essay or submission in another medium such as dance, poetry, video in a Women's Studies course
