The terms and conditions of
use permit only personal and noncommerical use of this
electronic version of IOSA. This means that everyone is
allowed to make one stored electronic copy and one paper
copy for their personal, noncommercial use. Instructors
are welcome to contact us for permission to make up
course readers for students provided these will be sold
to students at cost. We will provide instructors with a
copy of the copyright assignment from McGraw-Hill and a
letter of authorization permitting production of a course
reader. Readers
produced by the instructor can be customized and only
those chapters that you plan to use included.
