Shibao Guo, Ph. D.
Associate Professor

Shibao Guo is Associate Professor in the Workplace and Adult Learning Program (WAL) within the Faculty of Education and an affiliated researcher with the Prairie Metropolis Centre of Excellence for Research on Immigration, Integration and Diversity (PMC). He holds a master’s degree in adult education from the University of Nottingham and a doctoral degree in educational studies from the University of British Columbia. His research interests include citizenship and immigration, Chinese immigrants in Canada, social justice and equity in education, ethnic relations in Canada, multicultural and anti-racist education, adult education and community development, and comparative and international education.
