Data and Source Codes

Over the years I've amassed a considerable amount of skeletal data (e.g. ventral digital scans of primate hands and feet, lower limb and foot kinematic data, etc) as well as a number of Matlab routines for analysing patterns of variation and evolvability (e.g. variance of eigenvalues, random skewer methods, evolvability methods derived from evolutionary quantitative genetics) and biomechanics (inverse dynamics during bipedal locomotion). If you are interested in any of these data or Matlab routines, please contact me.
