DELEGATES
Delegate registration fees include the Welcoming Reception Sunday, Refreshment Breaks, 3 Breakfasts and Lunches, Dinner Monday, BBQ Tuesday and CD-Rom Proceedings.

An author having more than 2 papers accepted, must pay an additional $250 per additional paper.
Additional Proceedings CD-Rom $25 Cdn
Accompanying Persons, ie family are most welcome.
For an adult to have all meals included the same as a delegate the rate is $230.00

Dinner Monday - Adult $50 , email for child rate
BBQ Tuesday - Adult $40 , Child age 5-12 $23
All fees are quoted in Canadian funds.
CANCELLATIONS: A $50 Cdn administration fee will be withheld for cancellations received in writing prior to May 15. No refunds will be issued after this date.
Payment must accompany registration form and arrive before April 30 to be eligible for the early rate.
Payment methods
Payment may be made by cheque or bank draft drawn on a Canadian Bank (Payable to Conference Concepts) or by Visa or Mastercard credit card.
For the ease of foreign currency conversion to Canadian rate, we recommend the use of credit cards.
Should you wish to pay by bank transfer please forward your registration form marked Bank Transfer accompanied by proof of transfer.
Please ensure your name is provided on the proof of transfer so your fees are clearly identified.
